How Celebrations Work

Step 1 — Contact Caleb

For celebrations of 20 guests or more, call Caleb at (608) 798-2893 to choose your date and time. We’re happy to accommodate your group during our regular business hours:

  • Wednesday 4–9 PM
  • Thursday 4–9 PM
  • Friday 4–10 PM
  • Saturday 4–10 PM

Private events of 50 or more guests may be scheduled Sunday through Tuesday.

Step 2 — Build Your Menu

The host selects up to 4 entrée options and 2 side options from our Celebrations Menu to create a limited menu for the group.

Guests will choose only from the selections the host provides.

(Appetizers and desserts may be pre-ordered or ordered during your celebration.)

Step 3 — Guest Selections

Guests make their selections from the limited menu chosen by the host.

  • One entrée
  • One side
  • One salad dressing

Step 4 — Final Details

Final guest selections due 10 days before the event.

– Online planning forms are available for both hosts and guests.

– A printable planning form is also available upon request. Hosts choosing this option will confirm menu selections with us before sharing choices with their guests and submitting final counts.

Important Notes

  • Single check required for groups of 25 or more
  • 20% gratuity added for groups of 25 or more
  • Buffet options available for private parties of 50+
